Homes Are Possible 6th and 7th subdivisions are underway! The seventh subdivision consists of 64 lots, 6 of which are designed to accommodate twin homes.  All properties in this subdivision may qualify for the $10,000 reduction in lot cost to income qualified buyers (1-2 person households $58,600 annual income, 3 or more person household $67,390 annual income).  Our Sixth Subdivision will consist of 28  lots, 14 of which are reserved exclusively for income-qualified households (1-2 person households $33,900.00 maximum annual income, 3 or more person household $39,550.00 maximum annual income).

Covenants and Restrictions are in place on these lots, which may be purchased for traditional site-built homes or Governor’s Houses (South Dakota’s premier affordable housing!).

All homes are on full basements with two car minimum attached garages. All homes built are subject to Homes Are Possible plan review and approval. No manufactured or mobile homes are allowed, per Aberdeen city code.
