About HAPI

 

HAPI was founded by a group of Aberdeen citizens who realized a need for regional housing assistance. Since its founding in 1999, HAPI has helped over 350 families in northeast South Dakota purchase a home.  HAPI’s service area is Beadle, Brown, Buffalo, Campbell, Clark, Codington, Davison, Day, Deuel, Edmunds, Faulk, Grant, Hand, Hughes, Hyde, Jerauld, Marshall, McPherson, Potter, Sanborn,  Spink, Stanley, Sully, and Walworth counties.
