What we are providing
At HAPI, we are providing more than homebuyer assistance, we are changing lives and helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home. Through our homebuyer buyer education program, we'll provide you with the tools you need to navigate your way as a brand new homebuyer. Through our new subdivision, we are able to not only provide homes for those who qualify, but also help grow our Aberdeen community. Through out CDFI Funding, we are working to facilitate very low, low or moderate persons and families in securing and or refurbishing quality, affordable housing.
