At HAPI, we proudly offer programs through our CDFI to assist developers and community leaders in creating more affordable housing options across South Dakota. Whether you're looking for funding sources, partnerships with local lenders, or guidance, HAPI is here to support you.
We work directly with developers building homes in HAPI subdivisions and collaborate with community leaders to replicate successful models we've already implemented. By sharing our proven strategies and resources, we aim to inspire and enable others to drive meaningful change in their own communities.
Contractor Lot Financing
HAPI partners with local Aberdeen lenders and contractors to help build homes in HAPI
subdivisions. Through this program, HAPI provides low-interest financing that is matched by a participating local lender.
