   2.  Intake Form

        With your offer, include the attached intake form.

   3.  Income Verification

        Provide the three most current paystubs for every member of the

        household. 

        *If you lender has accessed the VOE from your employer(s), provide 

        that as well.

   4.  Homebuyer Education

        Homebuyer education is required to attend before closing on the

        property.  Register here.  If you have not completed HBE, you must be

        registered.  Your offer will be considered incomplete if you have not

        completed or registered for the course, and thus, the offer will be

        rejected.
